Summer student full time position
Do you have a passion for football and developing minor level athletes? Join us for the summer, and assist the GMFA with planning, organizing and supervision of the Spring tackle and flag programs. You will also be responsible to plan and implement the Summer camp including schedules, program plan, volunteer recruitment and retention. Additional duties include equipment inventory, training video creation and developing a social media series. You will have hands on experience with the athletes as a coach and mentor. You will gain valuable operational experience in running a minor sport program.

- 12 weeks starting 6-May-2024 to 26-Jul-2024
- Minimum of 35 hours per week @ $15.30/hr
- Language requirement: English essential; French an asset
- Non-standard work week will be required
- Some evenings and weekends
- You must be in grade 12 or post-secondary; returning to school in the fall of 2024
- You must have a social insurance number
- You will need to have an NCCP number and take some additional training
- We will provide you with First aid / CPR training
