Welcome to Winter 2025 Football Development Program
This 10-week program is focused on improving flexibility, agility, balance and core strength – fundamental movement as it relates to football. This is intense and focused training; sweating is not optional!
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
NOTE: age groups are based on your athlete's age in 2025 - regardless of their age at the time of the program. If they are or will be 9, 10 or 11 years old - they are in Session 1.
Please ensure your athlete is dressed in appropriate athletic wear and has indoor running shoes and a water bottle at each session.
Welcome to Winter 2025 Football Development Program
This 12-week program is training program focused on improving flexibility, agility, balance, and core strength. The program will consist of yoga, weight training, balance and agility improvement, core strength training, as well as football related drills. This will be intense and focused training; sweating is not optional!!
Spots are limited
Once registration closes, there will be a draw in each age category to select 10 participants only. If your player is selected for the program, you will be notified, and payment will be expected at that time. The program fees will be $200 for the 12-week session. Your athlete is automatically registered for the 10 week conditioning program.
